We have a wide range of specialist style bags, Buidling site 'catch bags', Super Sift Proof bags that combine modern technology with specialty raw materials to produce a bag that is as Sift Proof as a liner bag (negating the need for a liner). Our anti-static bags are available with earthing lugs and anti-static box threads. We offer conical shaped bag with pjyama bases, hygenie flaps, choke chute to mention but a few.

We are proud to have a serious UK manufacturing facility making over 3000 bags per week, with short lead times available. We have full warehouse stocks of all types and grades of fabrics, webbing, threads etc enabling us to make any bag. We are ISO9002 approved. We offer any style of bag for the sage, economical handling, storage, transportation and discharge of powder, flaked or granular materials. Bags are manufactured from flat woven or circular woven fabric, uncoated or coated with any variation on filling and discharge systems. As a UK manufacturer we are able to respond very quickly to our customers needs. Quad bags have inner baffles and have less bulge than conventional bags. This maximises the quantity of bags on a lorryload/container. Standard bulk bags bulge during filling and often become cylindrical like. With Quad-Bags an internal support baffle is sewn across each corner and helps maintain a cubic shape. Quad-bags can help reduct transport and storage costs by up to 30% through better space utilisation. We office this style of bag both in the UK and from our mills abroad.

We have sister companies in Hungary, Turkey and India so that we can supply a varied and complete range of products, lead times and remain globally competitive. All plants offer bags to certified standards with BS EN ISO 9002 quality certification. Lead times vary from 4 weeks to 12 weeks. Because we are serious manufacturers ( as opposed to the increasing range of merchants) we know this industry, and we are able to educate our other mills in exactly what we/our customers need. We hold stocks of good quality unprinted builders bags and are able to import bags and either deliver in large quantities or hold them in stock against a scheduled delivery. The bags can be printed with logo and text (up to four colours) to the customers requirements. All bags are certified and we offer both standard four loop bags and the new style tunnel lift bags.

We offer a full range of Food Grade bulk bags. These are manufactured in clean room conditions with strict controls conforming to BS EN ISO 14644 (1999). All staff working in this area undergo intensive training, wear shoe protection, masks and overalls to ensure no contaminants come into contact with bags. A vacuum system to extract all dust is in operation 24 hours a day. The anti-static construction of the room adds to the food grade environment.
